- What types of bikes can I rent in Crete?
We offer carbon road bikes, e-bikes, mtb´s and e-mountain bikes (E-MTBs). Our bikes are professionally maintained and specifically chosen for Crete’s mountainous and rugged terrain.
- How do I reserve a bike ?
You can reserve your bike through our online booking system. A payment is required to secure your reservation and guarantee availability. When you like to rent more than 10 bikes please sent us an request.
- Do you offer bike delivery and pick-up?
Yes, we offer delivery and pick-up service in selected areas of Crete. When you make the reservation, there is an option for delivery.
- Are helmets and pedals included?
Helmets are availible. We can also provide pedals and basic accessories. Please choose options during booking.
- Is insurance included with the bike rental?
We do not provide bike insurance. We strongly recommend having travel insurance that covers bike rental and third-party liability.
- Can beginners join the guided tours?
Our guided e-MTB tours are suitable for riders with basic cycling experience and good physical condition. The electric support makes climbing manageable, even in mountainous terrain.
- What are the best areas to cycle in Crete?

- What happens in case of cancellation?
Free cancellation up to 20 days before the rental start date
Within 7-20 days before the rental date, the deposit is 50% refundable
No refund for no-show or early return
- Is Crete suitable for road cycling?
Yes. Crete offers quiet roads, long mountain climbs, and spectacular coastal routes, making it ideal for road cyclists and training camps.
- What to bring on a bike tour?
- Small backpack – for personal items and extra layers
- Wind / rain jacket – weather can change quickly, especially in the mountains
- Cycling shoes, sport or walking shoes – comfortable shoes for stops, viewpoints, or short walks
- Cycling click pedals (recommended if needed)
- Cycling clothes – padded shorts/bibs recommended
- Helmet – required for safety (often provided, but personal helmet is always best)
- Sunglasses – protection from sun, wind, and dust
- Sunscreen – strong sun, even outside peak summer
- Water bottle(s) – hydration is essential
- Snacks / energy bars – especially on longer rides
- Phone – for photos and emergency contact
- Small cash or card – for coffee stops or tavernas
